If some people grow flower patches, herbs, ornamental plants in their yard, I grew weeds. I watered them, fertilized them and even yelled at my husband for not watering them enough. I was so proud of myself to have grown healthy living green things so alive and well at my front yard.
Days and weeks past, I noticed that it just kept growing taller and taller but the bud looking flower didn't really have the colors I was expecting nor did they bloom. Then one day, I visited a neighbor and I saw the same plant growing in their sidewalk. So I was quick to ask, "Oh, you have the same plant as I have..." and my neighbor, quickly dismissed the topic, "Oh, they are just weeds."
